Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
There is no refund policy. Your product can only be exchanged if the same product is available with us or else you can adjust your amount in your next purchase. we will deduct the shipping cost from that amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you update you on watsapp or instagram to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Incase of Exchange, once we receive the product at our office from the client, we usually dispatch the exchange piece in next 2-3 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For this to be applicable, clients should always make a opening video of the parcel once received. Once we receive the return piece back at our office, we usually take 2-3 days to process the dispatch of exchange product.
Shipping
Once the payment has been received in our account for the product, the shipping of product is usually done within 2-3 days from our end.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange approval, the cost of re- shipping will be borne by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.700, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order on our watsapp number +91 9828045552.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount in next 2-3 working days.
- We will not take cancellation request once the product has been shipped.
